First I'll start with a few misc. pictures. Most are from Papa's party at Aunt Sharon's (and "Babycakes") home. 
Every night (well, almost), Mackenzie draws herself to sleep 
On to the big day... It started in the morning with a big surprise from mom and dad... 
Freckles the pony! Isn't he cute? Well, looks can be deceiving- he is terrible! Stupid pony took off and she fell off of him. We are debating on what will become of the little birthday pony. After riding we played and bit and headed off to Mackenzie's favorite restaurant (Olive Garden) for lunch. She enjoyed having the wait staff sing to her and serve her ice cream with a candle. We came home and opened gifts from extended family. Here is one of her favorites.. 
We then got ready and headed to a nearby arena for her birthday bash. I don't have a lot of pictures (yet). Here are a few. She had a great time riding, participating in a stick horse barrel race, smashing the pinata, and eating cupcakes. There was even a trick riding show. Of course, the gifts were much appreciated and she loved seeing all her favorite friends 
We came home and crashed! What a day- a great day but a long tiring one too. Cambrie was up last night with a fever and we all (except Jeff) have a cold. We are laying low and recuperating today.
