1. Build House (While this is #1 on the list, it will probably be the last thing checked off. I have gone through 7 plans, thinking each of the homes was "the" home. My rule: no changes for 30 days. After 30 days, send it to the architect to be drawn. Not one plan has made it 30 days. I have found a builder and I *think* I know where the house will go. Now if I can decide which house to build...) Plan selected!

2. Fence front pasture.

3. Run water to the barn.

4. Run electricity to the barn,

5. Irrigate garden and soccer field.

6. Put up loafing sheds for cattle, goats.

7. Build lean to for hay equipment storage, milking area.

8. Install storm shelter.

9. Landscape front of existing home.

10. Build two small runs for goats.

11. Finish painting goat stall and chicken coop.

12. Hot wire front and side paddocks.

13. Set up outside play area for kiddos.

14. Seed back pasture.

15, Fix stall doors, fronts, and mount tack room hangers,

16, Assemble raised beds in garden.

17. Fix fence to garden.

18. Weed eat perimeter fence and front pasture trees. Spray.
