My sweet Cambrie is getting so big! She is my morning girl. I get up in the morning and head outside to get started on the chores. Not long after I am at the barn, Cambrie gets up, stumbles to the door, puts her boots on and heads on down. She holds kitties while I fed, milk, etc. Then we go up to the house and wake up her sister. :)
It is hard to believe she is old enough to play soccer. I love this picture I took of her and Jeff before heading out to her first team practice. :)
The rest I took tonight after I finished feeding. She was still in her church dress but put her barn boots on. :)
She cut her hair this past week. She doesn't like me to talk about it or touch it.

Boy, it is hot! This past July was almost bearable. I usually think of July as the hottest month of the year. While is August is hot, it isn't as hot a July and is one month closer to cooler weather. This August is proving to be way hotter than July. I think we have been in the 100s for the entire month so far. It is taking a toll on everyone.
Meet Ellie. :) We are boarding her for her owner while she finds her a new permanent home. She is a small jersey.

Daddy and the girls dancing in the kitchen- :)
Jeff is teaching Mackenzie a Lego program called "We Do". Basically, you build things out of Legos and program them (via the pc) to move. Pretty neat stuff and Mackenzie is really enjoying it.
Cambrie starts playing soccer this season. Her team is the Weatherford Hotspurs. She is excited!

Here are a few pictures from this past week. We had VBS @ church, so things were a bit crazy. We survived though (and even managed to end the week with a clean house and caught up laundry- a miracle in itself!). :)
We are working on teaching Cowboy to lead. Once you catch him he is a pretty sweet guy. That will change soon enough though, as he is a bull. He will get dehorned this week. We are keeping him long enough to get the heifers bred, then he will be for sale. He will make some ranch a great sire.
I love how determined Cambrie looks in the pictures below. :) She loves playing with the cats and they are good sports about it most of the time.
She is frustrated with her dad- he wasn't getting the shot angle how she wanted it! :)
Jeff took Mackenzie to a prosoccer game. They had a great time together.
We celebrated her birthday (again) when Jeff got back in town.
Jeff spoke at a conference last week in New Jersey.
Selling the coop (again)! :)
God Bless!
